TRADITIONAL HATHA YOGA:
Yoga means union. Yoga Postures known as asanas and breathing exercises known as pranayam – unify the body, mind and breath so they may work together as one. In class we move slowly and gracefully through a series of postures to stretch and strengthen muscles, increase energy in the body as well as improve posture and balance. Among its many physical benefits traditional hatha yoga is also helpful in releasing mental/emotional stress and clearing the mind of clutter. Class is open to ladies and gents of all ages & fitness levels. Please remember, you don’t have to be able to twist like a pretzel to practice yoga and receive the benefits. See you there!
